The non-stick aluminum grids can be easily removed and cleaned by brushing them under a tap with 'warm' water and a mild detergent. Use a soft cleaning brush (not a wire brush or scouring pad!). Then dry the grill grates with a dry, soft cloth. The grids are also dishwasher safe.
