– These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on www.nomadiqbbq.ch and govern the contractual relationship with Solutions Custom Made Sarl.
– Customer conditions contrary to these GTC are considered invalid.
– Solutions Custom Made Sarl reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Modifications take effect immediately after publication on the site.
**2. Quotations and Contract Conclusion

– The order is confirmed by the customer by clicking on the online order button, thus constituting a firm commitment.
– Solutions Custom Made Sarl will confirm receipt of the order immediately.
– In the event of impossibility of delivery or pricing error, the customer will be contacted for alternative arrangements.

– Delivery by DHL in Switzerland and Lichtenstein up to 30 kg. Beyond that, by transport company to the nearest kerbside.
– Standard delivery times of 2 to 4 working days for items in stock.
– For made-to-order items, lead times will be communicated separately.
– Delivery dates are indicative unless otherwise agreed.
– The responsibility of Solutions Custom Made Sarl is linked to the correct and timely delivery by its suppliers.
– In the case of delivery with assembly, accessibility must be guaranteed by the customer.
– Claims for visible damage or defective packaging must be made immediately on receipt. Hidden claims must be made within 4 days.
**5. Payment and Retention of Title
– Payment methods: Credit card, TWINT.
– The goods remain the property of Solutions Custom Made Sarl until full payment has been received.
**6. Purchase on Invoice** (P.O.I.)
– Payment by invoice possible under certain conditions, managed by an external service provider.
– Solutions Custom Made Sarl remains responsible for the contract, except for payment and collection.
**7. Reservation of Ownership** (in French)
– The property of the goods remains with Solutions Custom Made Sarl until full payment.
**8. Warranty** for
– 2-year warranty on products for defects and functionality, unless otherwise stated.
– The warranty is void if the operating or maintenance instructions are not followed, or in the event of improper modifications or intervention by third parties.
– Minor deviations do not give rise to warranty claims.

– Goods must be returned within 10 days, in their original condition and undamaged packaging.
