Gooey whisky chicken wings

You can’t go wrong with your barbecue group with this delicious marinade for chicken thighs and/or wings. The combination of herbs gives a delicious, slightly spicy flavor. Delicious as a snack, but also accompanies the main course. Dying for!

Gooey whisky chicken wings

Ingredients:

1 kg. chicken legs and/or wings

4 tablespoons Whisky

2 garlic cloves

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 teaspoon curry powder

1 teaspoon Tabasco

Olive oil

Salt and freshly ground pepper

Supplies:

NomadiQ BBQ

Cutting board

Knife

Plate

Come

Optional: garlic press

Instructions:

  1. Peel and finely chop the garlic, or use a garlic press.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well with the chicken.
  3. Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  4. After 2 hours, the marinade is absorbed and you can grill the chicken deliciously!
